What it holds
Everything about your own health, in one place.
Real Life Clarity runs on the same record-keeping engine as Journey Patient Care, built the same way, for the same reason: the parts that actually matter are the visits, the patterns, and the one screen you need when something is happening right now. Here, all of it is about you, or anyone in your family you're keeping an eye on.
Carried over from Journey Patient Care
The strengths we didn't have to reinvent.
Journey Patient Care has been tested by real caregiving: real ER visits, real prior authorizations, real 2am symptom checks. These are the same tools, turned toward your own health instead of someone else's.
- Medications
- Real schedules, prescriber and supply info, refill prediction, and alarms that actually wake you, not a notification you swipe away half asleep.
- Symptoms
- Marked directly on a body map, so you're not trying to describe where it hurt from memory three weeks later.
- Vitals
- Blood pressure, weight, temperature, and blood sugar, charted over time instead of scattered across old text messages to yourself.
- Doctor-visit reports
- Send your history to your doctor ahead of time, so questions turn into actions at the appointment instead of getting used up on catching up.
- Document vault
- Insurance cards, results, and referrals, scanned and read on the phone itself with on-device text recognition.
- Emergency card
- One tap pulls up what someone would need to know if you couldn't explain it yourself: current meds, allergies, conditions, contacts.
- Backup
- A passphrase-protected backup that restores onto a new phone. The only copy that exists outside your device, because you're the one who decides to make it.
Built new for this
What we added, because tracking yourself is different.
Keeping a record for yourself isn't the same job as keeping one for someone else. A few things exist here that don't exist on the caregiving side.
- Cycle tracking
- Logged alongside everything else, so a pattern that only shows up once a month doesn't get lost between visits.
- Routines
- The things you're trying to stick with, tracked over time so you can actually see whether they're working, not just whether you remembered them today.
- Reminders
- Separate from medication alarms: appointments, to-dos, the things that fall through the cracks when you're the one managing your own care.
- Episode support
- A screen built for the middle of something, not just the record after it. What's happening, what usually helps, and who to call, on one screen you can pull up yourself.
